The NCR has ridiculously low numbers, and the Imperial guard has looks of all kinds. Any Fallout and 40k fans notice this before me and more interestingly have any of you seen conversion for this? They have a similar fighting style as both use large numbers and both armies are best at ranged fire fights, hell they even looks similar.
